Using Your Mobile
If you enjoy having a chat when you are on the move, you'll love this. By programming your mobile, you don’t have to key in the access number, Swiftcall account number, PIN and destination number each time to get connected. Here's how you can let your mobile do all the dialling for you!

In most mobile handsets there is a setting - when you press and hold the * key for 2 seconds, it automatically changes to “P” which is recognised as a pause by your mobile. This setting also allows you to skip the waiting time for voice prompts, which saves you the trouble of dialling all the numbers in one go. Here's an example:


That’s it. It is actually very simple once you try it. The next time you want to make a call to your friend, all you need to do is simply press one button!

*Please note the above mobile setting does not apply to all models of mobile handset. Please check your mobile manual or consult your mobile provider.



Call Functions
Swiftcall Unlimited provides two convenient functions for easy dialling:

To follow on a call .press
at the dail tone to retry.
  This is useful if you would like to make more than one call with Swiftcall Unlimited, instead of hanging up the phone, picking it up again and then redailling you just have to press one key.

To redail last number .press
at the dail tone to retry.
  Useful when you couldn't get through to an engaged number, no need to dail it all again, just press these three keys in order and it's done for you.



Account Management
Your Swiftcall Unlimited account has been designed with convenience in mind. Just dial the access number, enter your PIN, then enter *1 to the access account managent system.


In the Account Management section, you will be presented with the following options:

press to Add additional calling credit to your account
      In order to make calls over 75 minutes in length or calls which are not included in our list of free destinations, please select Option 1. Each transaction must be of £10 and will be deducted from the credit/debit card registered when your account was initially created.
       
press to Listen to the date of your next subscription payment
       
press to Listen to the date of your last subscription payment
       
press for Customer Service
