The service will allow you to use your account from a pre-registered phone without having to enter your account number and PIN. You will be able to choose to dial only 1488 prefix, and then the number you wish to dial straight way.

However this service is only available from BT phones. If you are using a non-BT phone, for example, a Cable phone or mobile phone, you can still register for CLI (Caller Line identification), which means that you will not have to enter you account number and PIN. In this case you will dial 0800 769 8000.

      No it is no possible. For security reasons customers should not register phones that are in communal use.

      No, to support Swiftcall Direct/CLI, it must be a touch-tone dialling telephone.

3_ Is it possible to register a mobile phone onto Swiftcall Direct/CLI?

      Yes, it is possible to register a mobile onto Swiftcall Direct/CLI by using 0800 769 8000 number. However there may be a surcharge, depending on the mobile operator.

      Yes, however in this case both customers will be obliged to enter their 4 digit PIN each time to distinguish the accounts.

      Yes, you will hear your balance as normal, or at the end of the call by pressing the # (Hash) Key. However it is also possible for us to remove the credit balance from you dialling system if you wish us to.
