Do you ever want to make more than one call with Swiftcall but don't enjoy having to connect to our network time and time again? Instead of hanging up the phone, you can finish your call by pressing the follow-on key (in most cases, the key to make a follow-on call is #) you will hear your current balance and then you are free to dial your next number. Simple!

In most cases the follow-on call key is # unless it has been modified at your request. If you are calling automated systems (banks and building societies etc) that require you to enter the # Key and this request is terminating your call, please contact customer services by clicking here to use our online form. An agent will modify your default follow-on call key for you.

Are your friends always engaged? Are you inconvenienced by having to continually redial their number? Well, with Swiftcall's last number redial, you don't have to.

If you cannot get through on a call with Swiftcall, follow these simple steps:

1. When you hear an engaged tone, press the 'follow-on call' key (see above)
2. Press * immediately followed by 0. The last number you dialled will be dialled again.

Do you have numbers that you regularly dial? You can now register your 3 most frequently dialled numbers with us. Click here to send us the three numbers you wish to register with us as your speed dials and we will send you an email to confirm that they have been completed with instructions of how to use them.

If you are not benefiting from Easy Save and the significantly lower rates that this service provides, you will probably be topping-up your account yourself (click here to find out more about Easy Save). Well, we have made our telephone self top-up service even easier to access. You can now top-up your account immediately before or following a telephone call.
